Shipping and Return Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your original painting, you may return it within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• You must notify me of your intent to return the artwork within 7 days of receiving it

• The artwork must be shipped back to me within 7 days of your original receipt date

• The painting must be returned undamaged and in its original condition

• All original packaging materials must be used for the return shipment

• Any certificates of authenticity or accompanying documentation must be included

 

Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. I recommend using a shipping service that provides insurance and tracking to protect the artwork during transit. Returns are made at the buyer's risk, and I cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

Resolution Options

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, I will determine the appropriate resolution at my discretion, which may include:

• A full refund of the purchase price

• A replacement piece

• Repair of the artwork (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your painting arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item due to my error, please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage or error. In these cases, I will cover return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
